This scam involves using legitimate websites which offer “clients” accounts with e-mails.

In this case SunTrust.com and Sify.com were used as a contact point to make this e-mail seem legitimate.

Maybe the mentioned websites’ owners should take the appropriate action and find out those scammer e-mails.
